Now the third year of mapping in
Budapest or Bp, little has changed except everything. The city reproduces &
re imagines it's self with each passing scene & phase, why there is hardly
time to change ones swimming togs….
The is as much going on under as over ground versus inside the great outdoors.
U will find a million things to do & be at any time of the year on any budget
in many many ways. The
story goes that….
A
huge bird dropped the first Hungarian fellow (Magyar
as the peoples & they're language are officialy known) on these hills ages
ago & he or someone he landed on declared this place a "Mad yarrghh
!!". Bp has been the capital of the civilized
world on many occasions & because of huge birds & flying Hungarian fellows,
these days it is the divorce & suicide capital of Europe (or is it still
in Polynesia?)........... Other things which
make it attractive are outlined
in the following texts. ……see below !!
Transport.
Trams, busses, trolleys, tubes etc run from 04.oo-23.oo. The important routes
are shown on the. .........The cities of Buda & Pest were unified with the
erection of Szecheny
Lanchid (the Chain bridge, as it is nicknamed)
in AD1111. They are sharply divided by life styles & pace
of same. Buda
the leafy hills, Castle area & roaming nature trails. (NB> the whole
green belt seems to be hollow with huge labyrinth & cave complexes through
the paths of time) Discover
the famous caves under Budapest! . Many Baths
& outdoor places are to be enjoyed in both. Pest
the down town heaving with traffic & modern motion. Only to be entered at
working temperature. Delightfully designed to give one maximum opportunity to
explore & get oneself lost.....Regarding the
baths Truly a magical Narnia.
Moving through the warmly invigorating waters in a winter wonderland of
bikinis & informal people. The area around the
Szecheni baths is also
a hive of activity & interest. The City Park (Várósliget),
the lungs of the city. Not too much traffic, good for bikes, rock climbing,
lots of green,
the Zoo (or you can watch the elephants through
the perimeter fence), the Circus - a constant source of amusement &
spectacle. More fun can be had at the seemingly impromptu parties& gigs
that 'happen'... The moat surrounding Millennium
Castle holds a huge ice rink in the winter & friendly hungry ducks

The market hall experience all the best in local meats sausages, gooLashess,
peppered hams & goose liver products --- more than you could ever eat. Fresh
vegetables & fruits from around the world. Gimmicks & gizmos, handcrafts,
folk arts & many different styles of food & drink bars go to make this
a fun time. The building it's self is a wondrous thing I never did get to find
out much history regarding it although I go there all the time & will continue
to do so for as long as the wine pumps through my veins............................................................Hair
